Request an Appointment

At Florida Vision Centers, we are committed to making your visit as smooth and efficient as possible. If you are ready to schedule an eye appointment in Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, or Fort Myers, we look forward to caring for you.

Whether you are coming in for a comprehensive eye evaluation, a cataract consultation, or another ophthalmology visit, a few simple steps before your appointment can help us provide the most accurate and personalized care.

Before Your Appointment

If you are using eye drops, please bring the actual bottles with you to your appointment. If that is not practical, please bring clear, detailed photos of each bottle, including the label if possible. This helps us review your current treatment plan accurately.

Contact Lens Instructions for Cataract Consultations

If you are scheduling a cataract or RLE consultation and wear contact lenses, it is important to stop wearing them before your visit so that your eye measurements are as accurate as possible.

Soft contact lenses

Please discontinue wear for at least 2 weeks before your appointment date.

Toric, hybrid, or gas permeable lenses

Please discontinue wear for at least 8 weeks before your appointment date.

These guidelines are especially important for patients considering cataract surgery or advanced lens implant options, because contact lenses can temporarily alter the shape of the cornea and affect surgical measurements.

Insurance Note

Please note that Florida Vision Centers is out of network with vision service plans.

If you have questions about medical eye care coverage, cataract evaluations, or what to expect before your visit, our team will be happy to help you understand the next steps.
